As we celebrate this day, let's think about our carbon footprint when travelling and opt for the most eco-friendly modes of transport. How can travelling by coach help, you ask?🚌Coaches are among the cleanest, greenest vehicles on our roads! They produce around 5 times lower CO2 emissions per passenger per journey than air travel, 6 times lower than car travel and 1.5 times lower than rail. A single coach load can replace 20-30 cars, leading to significant savings in carbon emissions. Per person, coaches can reduce greenhouse emissions by up to 75% compared to even the cleanest hybrid cars!🚍Coaches play a crucial role on the road to Net Zero. While 56% of CO2 emissions come from cars and taxis, only 3% come from coaches and buses!
