Meal Planning Mommies Best recipes of 2018 (1)

Before we move into the new year, I thought I would take a little bit of time to look back on this past year on the blog. Sometimes it helps me to take a step back and think about what is working and what isn’t. Of course, going into the new year seems like the perfect time to do just that.

From my heart…

One thing I am certain of when moving into this next year is that I am still very much devoted to serving you through this blog.I enjoy love creating WW friendly recipes, taking pictures, tasting delicious food and then getting to tell you all about it. As much I get a kick out of this blog and the fact that I get to do it full-time now, none of it means anything without you, the reader.

It makes my heart happy when I hear about how you tried a recipe that your family loved, or when you send me an email to say that you have been cooking from an MPM ebook and are losing weight. Your messages make me smile and remind me why I do what I do.

I am grateful that you have allowed me into your lives this year, so thank you!!

WW Lists.

If you are new to MPM, we have a ton of lists on our site that are designed to help you be successful on the WW program. You can get to our “Smart Foods with Smart Points” lists here. I will continue to add lists as well as recipes in 2019, but in the meantime, here are the top 5 visited/shared lists on MPM as of right now:

  • Smart Snacks with Smart Points. Over 60 quick snacks that are 4 WW Smart Points or less…who doesn’t need this list!?
  • WW Restaurant and Fast Food Survival Guide. When you are out and about and need to eat out, this list will give you ideas of low WW SP foods you can eat at various restaurants and fast food joints.
  • Main Entrees that are 3 WW SP or lower per serving. With over 80 recipes to choose from on this list, you are sure to find more ideas than you know what to do with! This is one of our most popular lists at this time of year. You’re going to want to bookmark this one so you can keep coming back to it. (Fun fact: 30 of the recipes in this list are in our newest meal planning ebook!)
  • 17 easy WW recipes for when you are tired, stressed, or overwhelmed. This is one of my newest MPM lists, and it has proven to be quite popular in a small amount of time.

One last thing…

One more post that is super duper popular at this time of year, that I thought was worth mentioning, is the free printable weight loss trackers. If you are trying to lose between 20-100 pounds, these weight loss trackers are an easy way to mark off the pounds as you lose them. A fun little visual that can be very motivating.
