This is the O'Reilly Auto Parts location that you want to go to if you need the parts today. This store also serves as the regional warehouse for a bunch of their stores so the likelihood of them having what you need in stock is exponentially greater than their other stores. Besides that, a good portion of their employees have been in the business long enough to actually give you the right part the first time. Expect to wait a few minutes, as this is a busy location, but it's usually worth the wait.

When I was lost, unable to find the parts I needed, I saw-through a haze of oil smoke and hot air-a man. His name was Sam. He guided me, and my female companion, to the correct parts. Swiftly, silently-like a guide on a dark and stormy sea. Sam was there! Alec's pretty great too! Tabi Jean, what "one" (out of the two or three behind the counter) man exactly had no interest in helping you? Did "Kayla Smith" cash her Advance Auto check yet?

I've been shopping oreilly for over 10 years. I like that they take used oil. Their prices and availability are generally better than the other chains. The north 2nd st store usually has stuff when nobody else does. And when there's been a problem they take care of it. Counter help is a good bunch of folks.

I had to get a spark plug, because the ceramic broke on one of them in the - 30° weather that we had this winter. Money was tight so I went to O'Reillys, they have the best prices and staff, not to mention the coolest customer aide services. Like finding out what's wrong w/the vehicle by plugging it into a hand reader & getting a code, also barrowing customers almost any tool you need & the best customer service I have ever had in a vehicle parts store! The man who helped my son & I was awesome, he got all the things I had to have to fix the broken plug, then he went over each step by step w/ us and my son just soaked up all the info.
We where then able fix our vehicle ourselves and it only cost us $62 bucks and we where quoted $1,500 bucks min. by any garage around. So Thank You O'Reillys for saving us $1,438! ☺😁

Very knowledge people, they have coworkers here who are experienced, they will help you if you need to return and item and won't give as much of a fuss as any other auto part store in town. This is my go to shop, these guys are awesome!

Wow, I would give 10 out of 5 if I could. On a late Sunday night at 10PM (who else is open that late?), our check engine light was blinking. This means emergency! The staff helped us identify the exact problem, get the part we needed, and send us on our way back home safely, problem solved. Miraculous!

Good prices and wonderful people when go there always have part or find something that will work thank you guys just got a radiator from you guys that was 102.00 and if I would gone to auto zone or advanced I would have paid 120.00 or 145.99 better prices better aka O'Reilly Auto Parts thank you guys keep it up

Bought parts for my grandsons car and they were very helpful....even when I had to return and replace one of the parts because a piece was missing. Didn't blame them because they didn't package it!!
