My mother and I came to O'Reilly's just the other day after visiting Auto Zone who gave us a ridiculous quote. Anyway. Terry helped us with several things that Auto Zone said they couldn't do and we would have to pay tons of money to take to a shop. Terry was amazing. Very polite, great customer service, helped us with everything we needed. We paid a whole lot less than the quote from Auto Zone. Because of his amazing customer service, attitude, and all round help that he did not have to do. We will absolutely return to your store for everything we might need in the future. Thank you and thank Terry.

There's always someone available to help me with something, give advice, answer questions or even go outside and look at my car. Employee Adrian has helped me multiple times and I always look for him, first. Good, knowledgeable staff and they have most things in stock or can get them in within a day or two after ordering.

The young guy who had dark hair really helped me out tremendously this afternoon when I needed to have him check my old battery...
He was so kind to come out and bring the battery checker to see what's going on with my battery!!!
He had such a great attitude and he was brilliant and honest because he told me how old my battery was and it had some charge left in it after almost 5 years and didn't force me or encourage me or try to trick me into buying a new one...
This was really powerful and interesting because I just come from the autozone down the street in Tooele being a little upset because the lady said my battery was dead flat and needed a new one right awa and the guy inside tried to sell me another one right away... I didn't feel too good about it all and thought it a little weird at Autozone. So I came right over to O'Reilly's and met this one young guy who helped me, and I'll never go to that Autizone again!!! Because O'REILLY'S is totally 100% wonderful, honest, and I'll be going back to get that new battery for about $250 from them and be so happy about it!!! Thanks a million!!! I'm still shocked and so happy about the honesty and the great terrific service of this young man you have there at your store in Tooele...Big kudos 👏 to him... I'm letting everyone I can know what happened to me today!!! Thanks 😊 again!

Terry and the other employees are very helpful and willing to help us DIY auto repair guys work through troubleshooting and provide anything they can , I was able to get the cylinder firing order, for my Ford Ranger easy Peasy!
They have a great specialty tool rental program, it really is free, but you need to put a deposit down, but that is completely refundable so ya it’s free to rent the tools, after you bring it back (wish Home Depot had a program like this) lol

I was greeted as I came in. I showed the worker the part I needed a replacement of and he looked at it, told me the part number, and right where it was on the shelf. Very knowledgeable. They always have what I'm looking for, just what I need in an auto parts store.

For a female these guys are great and they help make me feel not so uneducated in the auto parts world. They understand i am not sure what i need and they figure it out and get out for me.
I went in to buy a hose, i brought in a hose for comparison but it needed to be longer in length.
They found what i needed and cut it and let me have it free of charge.
The staff are very well knowledge and super friendly and helpful.

Shelves are usually well stocked. Staff is always sure to tell me they are available to help. When I've had to order a part, it's typically here the next day. Curbside service available at the time of this review.

The first time I went in for help the sale person wasn't sure what I needed for my problem, (front bumper was falling off) the questions I asked he didn't have a answer to. So I asked if they had any screws and bolts, I picked a pack that looked like it would work, that's not what I needed. Went back in the store, waited in line again for my turn, asked a second sales person who went above and beyond to help me out, I needed bumper clips, (Hector) installed them for me...and I was on my way. What a great person he was.

They're very reasonable and very reputable! An employee went out of his way to help me with some wiper blades for my car! I really appreciated it! He saved me time and money! My experience was great. Had to have my battery tested and replaced, also new windsheild wipers. I cant remember the older gentlemans name that helped me but he was so nice and helpful and took care of everything for me. Amazing customer service!

Fast, friendly, easy access, and helpful!! What more do you need from a place. They'll help you out and or point you in the right direction of what you're trying to accomplish. When I was in there they were very curtious to their own staff and the customers. I'd have to say if you do it yourself, they can help you get what you need done. I almost forgot to mention that MILITARY DISCOUNT.

Allie is awesome!!! Even though we had a difficult problem she was patient and gave us her best. It was almost quitting time but you never would've known it. If I could give Allie a raise, I would!! Atta boy!!!
